Surface Technology

The department Surface Technology specialises in mould surface texturisation to change the look and feel of a product. Applying textures, restoring damaged surfaces and renewing gloss levels are actions carried out on a daily basis. On the other hand we are constantly searching for coating parameters to improve flow and release properties for all kinds of materials. Over a period of 20 years Surtechno has been able to develop a substantial archive with surface treatments that improve the injection moulding process.
